Woodcock AI – Returns Policy

1. Introduction
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases of products supplied by Woodcock AI Ltd under the brand name Woodcock AI through our website or via Google Shopping. References to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Woodcock AI Ltd registered in England and Wales. By purchasing a product from us you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Free Returns Within 30 Days
You may return any product purchased from us free of charge at any time within 30 days of receipt. Provided the product is in good condition and includes all original parts, accessories and packaging you will be entitled either to a replacement of the same product or to a like-for-like swap where the identical model is not available.

3. What You Must Do

 To initiate a return you must contact us at office@woodcock.ai quoting your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and full instructions. You must send the item back to us in accordance with those instructions.

4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be complete, with all original parts, packaging, documentation and accessories provided. Items must not have been damaged by misuse or installed in a manner contrary to our installation instructions. We reserve the right to refuse a return or impose a restocking fee if the product is damaged through your fault.

5. Replacement or Swap
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of our decision. When approved we will proceed with either:
• supplying you with a replacement of the same product model; or
• supplying you with a like-for-like alternative where the original model is no longer available.

Replacement or swap shipments will be dispatched to the address provided on your original order or as updated by you.

6. Refunds
If we are unable to provide a replacement or equivalent product we will provide a full refund of the purchase price paid. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used on the original purchase and processed within five working days of our approval.

7. Warranty and Return Rights
Your statutory rights (including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations) remain unaffected. This returns policy is in addition to any warranty we supply and sets out our policy for non-faulty returns.

8. Exclusions
Products returned after the 30 day period will be processed under the standard manufacturer’s warranty terms only. Customised or modified products are not eligible for the free return within 30 days unless faulty.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
