White-label AI CCTV analytics for UK installers
Woodcock AI runs a partner programme that lets UK CCTV installers add AI smoke, fire, intrusion, line-crossing, PPE and vehicle detection to customers’ existing RTSP or ONVIF cameras, or supply pre-configured Hikvision ColorVu cameras. Installers keep the customer relationship and resell it as a monthly service under their own brand or ours.
Who is the white-label programme for?
The programme is built for UK CCTV installers, security integrators, fire-safety companies and monitoring firms that already look after cameras on commercial and industrial sites. If your customers run waste and recycling yards, scrapyards, skip hire depots, warehouses, construction sites or battery storage, they already have the problem Woodcock AI solves: cameras that record everything but warn nobody.
There is no minimum number of sites to apply. Some partners start with one customer who has had a fire scare or a break-in; others roll it out across a maintenance book. You choose between a white-label tier, where the service carries your brand, and an affiliate tier, where it carries ours. The tiers are explained on your onboarding call.

What can I resell to my customers?
Everything runs on the cameras your customer already has, so the products you sell are detections, not hardware. Each one is switched on per camera, so you can start with the risk a customer cares about most and add more later.
- Smoke and fire detection on outdoor stockpiles, bale stores and buildings. See AI smoke and fire detection.
- Intrusion detection for people and vehicles in a zone out of hours. See intrusion detection.
- Line crossing on gates, fences and boundaries. See line crossing.
- PPE detection on chosen zones. See PPE (hard hats & hi-vis).
- Vehicle detection in yards and at gates. See vehicle detection.
- Siren and fire-panel triggers, so a detection can sound on site or feed the fire alarm panel.
Where a customer needs new or extra coverage, you can also supply pre-configured Hikvision ColorVu turret and bullet cameras. They arrive set up for Woodcock AI, which saves time on site and keeps the install simple.
How does onboarding a customer site work?
Onboarding is designed so that nothing needs configuring on site by your engineers. We set up the accounts, analytics and NVR connection in the background, and work through the camera views with you.
- 1Apply. Fill in the partner form with the camera brands you usually fit.
- 2Onboarding call. We walk through the platform, the white-label and affiliate tiers, partner pricing and how support works.
- 3Connect the recorder. The customer’s NVR or cameras connect over RTSP or ONVIF. Our Hikvision RTSP set-up guide shows the settings.
- 4Draw zones. Polygon zones go around the areas that matter on each camera.
- 5Set hours. Each camera gets its own schedule for when it should alert.
- 6Go live. Alerts start reaching the customer’s app, with a clip, and by email.

How do I earn margin as a reseller?
Woodcock AI is billed monthly. As a partner you buy at a partner price and sell the service to your customer at a price you set, so you earn every month for as long as the site stays live. Because the service sits on top of cameras you already maintain, it adds recurring income to existing contracts without a new hardware sale.
Partner pricing and the earnings calculator sit behind your login in the partner area. We do not publish them here.
What support do partners get?
We work alongside you from the first survey. A site assessment confirms which cameras can see what, where coverage is missing and which detections fit the site. We then set up polygon zones and per-camera schedules with you, so the customer only hears about events that matter.
After go-live, the self-learning AI keeps improving on each camera’s scene. Every detection has a feedback button, and that feedback goes into retraining, so false alerts fall over time. Read more about self-learning AI and polygon zones.
Which camera and NVR brands does it work with?
Any camera or recorder that provides an RTSP or ONVIF stream, which covers most professional IP CCTV, including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Uniview and Reolink. If a customer is on a closed manufacturer system, we say so at the site assessment and advise on a compatible route.
Is the hardware certified?
The pre-configured Hikvision ColorVu cameras are UKCA, CE and US certified. For sites using their existing cameras, nothing new is fitted at the camera.
What is coming next for partners?
Ask your cameras Coming soon, early 2027 will let users search recorded footage by describing what they want to find. It is not live yet. AI alert descriptions, a short written summary with each alert, are live now.

Frequently asked questions
Can I white-label Woodcock AI under my own brand?
Yes. The white-label tier lets you sell the service under your own brand. An affiliate tier is available if you would rather sell it as Woodcock AI. Both are covered on the onboarding call.
Which camera and NVR brands does it work with?
Any camera or recorder with an RTSP or ONVIF stream, including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Uniview and Reolink. Closed systems are flagged at the site assessment.
How do I earn margin as a reseller?
Woodcock AI is billed monthly. You buy at a partner price and set your own price to the customer, so you earn every month the site stays live.
Do my customers need new cameras?
No. Detection works on the cameras they already have. Pre-configured Hikvision ColorVu cameras are available where new or extra coverage is needed.
How long does onboarding a customer site take?
It depends on the number of cameras and how quickly the recorder can be connected. Set-up of accounts, analytics and the NVR is handled in the background, so your engineers do not configure anything on site.
Who supports the end customer after install?
You keep the customer relationship. We support you with zones, schedules and tuning, and the self-learning AI improves on each camera from feedback.
Can alerts trigger sirens or link to a fire panel?
Yes. A detection can trigger a siren on site and link to a fire panel, as well as sending app alerts with a clip and email alerts.
